Author Guidelines

Style of manuscript

The manuscript should be well written, clearly presented. It is recommended that you ask colleagues to read over your paper prior to submission to ensure it is of a high standard and conforms to a high level of scientific writing.

Format and template

All manuscripts should be prepared using either the LaTeX template or MS-Word template and should be  a MS-Word or PDF file. The following templates contain the information about the presentation and the structure of the manuscript: 

• Latex template;
• Word template.

How to submit

All manuscripts must be submitted via this online submission system. Using this system, authors can submit by uploading all manuscript files directly to our plate-forme and check the status of their manuscripts during the review process. Reviewers can access the manuscripts and submit their opinions. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process. Publishers can see manuscripts that are awaiting publication. Registration and login are required to submit items online and check the status of current submissions.

1. If you don't already have an account on our system
   1. Select Register from the menu, Register.
   2. Complete the form carefully. In the field "Register as", select the author role. You can also select the Reader role. 
2. If you already have an account with this journal, but are not registered as an author for this journal
   1. Log in with this journal => User Home => "Edit My Profile"
   2. Select "Author" for the field "Register as" 
3. When you are logged in, in the User Home, click the “Author Center” link. 
4. Under the text “Start here to submit a manuscript to this journal,” click the "Step one of the five-step submission process" link and follow the process of submission which contains five steps. 

Publication Ethics

Ethical standards for publication allow guaranteeing the quality of the publications. Once submitting a manuscript to ORB  Academic Publisher, each author explicitly confirms that the manuscript conforms to the ethical standards of publication. So, it is critical to avoid some specific ethical violations as: Plagiarism, Simultaneous Submission, Data Fabrication and Falsification, Duplicate publication, Improper Author Contribution.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is MS-Word or PDF file. The final version must be a package containing: PDF version, the source file (Latex or MS-Word file) and the figure files.
3. The text follows to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
4. I confirm that the submitted works represent our contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works without clearly citing.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
